Farfetch has decreased the sizing of the model which makes it hard to "compare" my body with the model shown and the clothing item I wish to purchase. Because of this I "pass" on the purchase. Comparative price points on some items are elevated as to same product found on competitive websites. I of course pass due to this price point difference. Mytheresa and Moda Operandi have "outpaced" Farfetch regarding new merchandise. Farfetch website is looking outdated. I believe it appears to be losing its' spark/flare. I used to consider it a premier shopping site but not now. I continue to shop at Farfetch and will do so as I have had an account for many, many years. It's just not as fun and exciting as it once was.

Photography still lacking as many times an item photographed is just a "part" of the product. Sometimes many "parts" and not an entire view of the garment. Description of fabric could be improved. Many Sellers LACK professionalism in RESPONDING back to potential client. This is very frustrating. In some instances I've chosen to politely ask the Seller to please respond to my initial question(s) regarding an item sizing specs and Seller still doesn't respond back. It may be a hobby for some but feel Seller(s) still needs to be professional and courteous. Many of the items that I'm interested in purchasing are $1000- $3000. It would be foolish for me to purchase anything without first having measurements. Unfortunately I end up "passing" after attempts to communicate with Seller(s) fall short. Vestiare Collective might want to look into this issue. I know I'd purchase more and I bet other potential clients would as well.

Excellent photography with great details. Photography is so much more "clearer" than other websites. An impressive PLUS. Pretty good selection with very good size availability. Quick shipping. Superb packing. Good return policy and Customer Service demonstrated 24 hr. email response. Will most definitely purchase from LN-CC again. This is an online retailer that you can trust!!
Easy and convenient ordering. Pretty good inventory although sizing on some items were absent. Timely delivery time. Unfortunately, the item that I ordered was 1-2 sizes too large thus a return was needed. I emailed The Fashion Square to inform that a return was necessary, and the Company emailed me back within 24 Hours. This is what I call an EXCELLENT Company because of the EXCELLENT communication. I will buy from The Fashion Square again. 5-star rating well deserved.
Compared to the past Cettire has IMPROVED greatly. The only complaint is the "lack" of being able to "enlarge" the item for better viewing. Cell phones don't exactly have large screens thus I find it difficult to see detail. That is frustrating. The button-down shirt I purchased was 2 sizes too small thus I needed to return. Current return process has Improved big time. DHL pick-up was easy (similar to Farfetch) compared to several years ago. I was quite surprised by this as I dreaded returning this current item. Thank you for making the returns a less stressful experience.
Love to shop at Net-A-Porter. Price points on many of the items that I'm used to purchasing and the amount I of items I used to purchase have nearly outpaced my current salary/budget. The cost of Prada, The Row, Ann Demeulemeester, Jil Sanders have all increased dramatically.
Great selection of merchandise. Price points are “spot-on” compared to several other high end retail sites. That is much appreciated! Ease of ordering which I found to be very helpful since I was a 1st time customer. I actually revisited the site again today.
Timely shipment. Unfortunately, cosmetic (makeup) colors are too difficult to determine when choosing a color online. Didn't not like any of the colors as all were not as expected. Will give to a friend or toss. Which it was different.

I have only good things to say about MATCHES FASHION. Ease to order, shipping took place in a very timely manner. Wrapped/boxed professionally. Only suggestion I have is "sizing." It's difficult to predict a size as all designers fit a little differently. Wish there could be more stated about the sizing of a garment. Just something else to assist with sizing. I have not had too much "luck" getting my sizing right this fall. Frustrating. I could use a personal shopper. Thank you. Andie L.
Shopping/purchasing for clothing/shoes/accessories etc. has changed forever. I truly love shopping at Farfetch. I also shop/purchase from Net-a-Porter, MyTheresa, Browns, Matches, Intermix, ssense etc.. Since online purchasing has become the "new norm" for purchasing items I find the experience delightful as well as disappointing. GONE are the days of a dressing room where one could lug a large assortment of items to try on. Same goes with the "shoe salon." Upon receiving items ordered from Farfetch I try all on immediately then decide "yes' of "no." For items that do not fit correctly I request a return. I do not procrastinate. I have respect for Farfetch, your policies and the items you sell. I do feel bad when items do not fit or work out. I do NOT want Farfetch to feel like I'm just "shopping" around with indifference. A lot of items just don't work out. Designers do not create (sizing) alike. Fabric content is also tricky. I like trying new designers but there is always this "size issue." Additional photos could be provided if available resources. The video is helpful to show "some movement" of the garment. I would like to see more stills of "close-ups." Close-ups have been helpful. I feel more could be presented in order to get a "better sense' of the item. Farfetch's returns are easy to make. The only downside is having to do the return in the 1st place. Photography is crutial. It is the only vector to really get to know each article of clothing, pair of shoes, how an accessory lays on the skin, I do feel I have much more to expound on. Always a good experience viewing and ordering items. Easy to navigate website. Selection of clothing/items is wonderful since I live in Ohio (USA) and have literally zero selection of designer clothing. Ordering online is now Farfetch make my shopping experience much easier.
