Disheartened regular customer

My recent order for Apoquel, pretty much same price, no problem, but shall no longer be placing long standing order for royal canin medium adult kibble, approx £30 increase, totally unacceptable !!! Not happy at all !!!

I am really sorry but we have tried to keep our prices as low as possible for as long as we could, however we have had to increase our prices to keep in line with the suppliers and competitors unfortunately.

We always vary our prices as much as possible and this may change over time but for now the increase will remain.

RECENT PURCHASE

I recently purchased this item along with the larger snuffer, and on delivery raised with your customer service that the heart one is considerably shorter than stated on website! I was given a nominal refund and told your product details would be amended, you have still not done this ! Product is excellent, but not the follow up service !
