Honest staff on an MOT

I booked an MOT, the branch advised me that it was too soon to protect my annual MOT anniversary date. Which I knew - the car was being MOT'd two months early so it can be put on sale, but I was impressed by the staff caring more about me protecting my annual MOT anniversary than just doing the MOT for the easy path and fast buck.

Nice customer waiting room too. A great experience.

No delivery, little interest in helping resolve it

Ordered the goods, paid by Paypal (thankfully). Goods never arrived. Sent an email after 1.5 weeks, but no reply. Called them after 2 weeks of no delivery, waited in a queue for 25 minutes, and all I got in response was "wait another week then let us know and we will raise a query with the courier". I raised a dispute case with Paypal instead - this is not my burden to bear indefinitely, I'd rather just get my money back.
