The new drop at the post office system ruined everything. I get around 6-10 parcels returned because they where not collected... And at first I thought my client didn't want to pick them up, although some really just order for home delivery... But they also don't get the note in the post.
There are elderly people, people shielding... They want home delivery... Not post office delivery.
If my return rate is still so high I will have to drop dpd completely.

Very poor positioning! My daughter got her picture taken at school... First picture ... Reception year... We were very excited but a massive let down followed after we received the envelope at home for the order.
She is 4... And her picture was taken in a very weird position. If you are professional as you claim to be... Talk a bit with the kid to explain a bit. I am sure a second attempt would have made it worth.
I am beyond upset by this...

All I wanted was a quote... but I cant find it on their site so I called them. Honestly.. the lady I talked with kept asking me about account nr.. well, I don't have one. I want to do a quote to see if it's worth changing. Then she said my supplier has to contact them... what for?
Honestly... what is so hard to do a quote?

Amazing delivery and exactly what I ordered. I do recommend their envelope's. I will definitely come back.

Amazing! Love how accurate the timing was. It counts a lot when I want to have a live and not wait 24h, not knowing when a parcel arrives.
