UPDATE: I contacted the company via WhatsApp and received a very quick response and an update on my order. It was easy to explain the issue, and they offered me the choice of a refund or a replacement. The replacement arrived today.
Although it was delayed by two days (and yes, I’m being picky here), their professionalism stood out. Overall, I’m impressed and will definitely return as a customer in the future.
I placed my order on Saturday, and the shipping label was printed on Sunday, but there has been no movement since then. Now it's Tuesday, and I still haven't received any updates. I tried calling, but my call couldn’t be transferred, so I wasn’t able to speak with anyone. I also opened a support ticket, but it seems like it will take 2–3 days to get a response. All I wanted was the 48-hour delivery that was advertised on the website. Unfortunately, this experience has been frustrating, and I will not be purchasing from this company again on any platform.
