Lost sim

Ordered a £8 monthly plan sim never arrived had to fone customer service hey had no record of it gave me email address so then 2 weeks of emails going back & forward eventually I told them to just refund my £8 & I went elsewhere. I am still waiting for refund to be paid back into my account I have now received my refund into bank account

Site was easy to buy from

Site was easy to buy from but the actual sign doesn't seem to live up to what it says. I did contact seller with my concerns due to the light working 1st nite then absolutely nothing not even a flicker. I done everything was told to do but still nothing, I have resigned myself to having basically a sign with no light one saving grace the actual sign is quite nice to look at

Correspondence shocking

I am still waiting on my order done what Onbuy advised me to do contact seller which I have done 3 times absolutely nothing not even a acknowledgement, I have also emailed Onbuy again no acknowledgement. I have ordered this item as a guest which should of been delivered by the 12th again no correspondence though vry quick to remove the money frm my account on the day it was ordered.
I would like to add a update Onbuy team have contacted me & sorted my problem & have refunded my money. Hopefully if I use Onbuy again my experience will be better. I have now updated to 3 stars
