Terrible company

Terrible company. You cannot correct your own proofs and so I had to go back and to with a designs department who haven't got a clue. Their printing quality is poor Type on business cards was blurred. Colour on the printed cards was incorrect and far darker than images sent. Cheap looking cards. Refund refused. This company implies it is UK based but it is not. I have gone back to Moo cards who although slightly more pricey, have consistently produced cards fit for purpose, Complete waste of money.

Caroline, we're sorry to note the inconvenience faced with this order. The order records indicate that the design was created using our online design tool. Hence, we'd like to start by sharing a few things about the online design tool on our website. While this tool allows one to explore your creative side to quite a degree, it comes with some limitations such that it does not auto-identify and adjust spatial errors or errors in alignment or fit, hence it's something that is reviewed by our designers before proceeding to the next step. But one of the positive things about it is that it does not impact the images uploaded on the design template in any manner. It's a tool which is used for - 1.) creating a design when placing an order or 2.) creating and saving designs which can be used for later projects or 3.) for creating variants of a design from which to select and use in a particular project.
Given that this order was submitted after creating the design on our online design tool, our designer reviewed it and made the adjustments per the product template. In order to apprise you of the corrections and alterations made, our team shared proofs for your review. Although the first proof had some issues related to positioning and labelling of images or colour intensity, it was adjusted by the third revision, following which it was approved. Note that our online design tool is not an interface for proofing and cannot be considered for such purposes. Proofing of order designs and artworks is a manual process and it is done using professional designing software like Adobe Photoshop.
Moving over to the print quality of the cards, and of your argument about the print being darker than anticipated, we would certainly be happy to revisit the case. We see that you'd earlier submitted a complaint with our team at feedback@bannerbuzz.com but were denied a refund on grounds that the colour intensity in the created designs matched that in the proof. That's because our website states and considers a 5% variance in printed hues to be an accepted fact for which refunds are disallowed.
Would you be kind enough to share a short video or few pictographic comparisons of the cards that you'd last done with another company using the same artwork or photos versus the ones received lately from Bannerbuzz so that we can chase this issue on your behalf? Moreover, we'd like to know whether you had the same problem with your April 2021 order as well. Brighton Lewes Rd branch. Avoid!

Awful. Enthusiastic and charming to get your business then incompetent throughout the whole sale. Weeks without viewings. Phone calls and requests never returned, lack of communication between buyer and myself, Darren was always "on the phone" or "just gone out" when I needed to talk. He even admitted to being lax on requesting important information from my buyers, taking four weeks to get feedback. Staff in office were polite but clueless. I eventually had to be my own estate agent to get my sale through by acquiring my buyers number and working with them and solicitors. Only interested in money..

Excellent service

Sold my property through a very poor estate agent but was fortunate to buy through Your Move, Brighton. James was brilliant. He advised me throughout on both sale and purchase, communicated constantly, was always on the job even on his own time and worked above and beyond all expectations. Not your average estate agent. Can't recommend highly enough.
