Cylinder order

I was told by your office I would get a call from delivery driver 1hr before but go no call so missed delivery, I contacted Gledhill who informed me that your company Electric deals direct had not requested this to them as if you had they would of had on the notes & done it

Good evening Robert.
I'm so sorry for this lack of communication from the delivery driver. Gledhill are correct, there wasn't a specific request for contact prior delivery, as it is our 'default' setting, and so we were surprised and dissapointed to hear it failed on this occasion. (I can promise you that is a very rare occurance)
Could I ask you to confirm if the delivery has now taken place, and all is well with your cylinder?

Hello Robert,

I apologise for you being without your analyser.

I have looked into this – we received your analyser on the 22nd May. We serviced, recertified it and despatched it back to you on the same day.

Royal Mail tried to deliver on the 26th May but the notes on their system said they weren't able to gain access. We have since spoken to you and it seems that this wasn't the case. Thankfully they have now delivered your analyser back to you.

Again, we are sorry that you were without your analyser for such a length of time.
