I have recently tried to transfer over from another scheme and both are making it extremely hard work , both blaming each other so hard to know who's at fault . Not being kept updated by pp . Always thought B+C were well clued up but it seems not . This has been going on since may 2021 .

Would have been 5 but had to put me back a week so a bit of an inconvenience, that said garage good and quick , helpful staff . Black circles seem to take there time getting back to you if there's a problem .
