Absolute nightmare of a company

Absolute nightmare of a company
Lady called Ann has no idea what day of the week it is never mind helping anyone!
Their depot at Abbotswell deals with Yodel deliveries yet when you call they claim they know nothing! Rude and unwilling to help
2 nightmare companies together what more can you say!
You should really just help customers than being aggressive and immature on the phone!

We don't do work for YODEL so the company you need to speak with is Menzies on Abbotswell Road, not M&H Carriers.

Absolute joke of a company

Why do many positive comments?
I ordered my baby a new high chair from Aldi online and Yodel were meant to deliver Saturday however it ended up in Argyll “by mistake”
Tracking and text today to say would be delivered today. Stayed in all day and come 5pm still nothing so checked tracking .. “ sorry we missed you we have carded your delivery and try again tomorrow: 4pm”
No card and did not ring!
So angry .. every time they have something they don’t do it on the day they state! Say they carded and surprisingly haven’t!
Online chat was useless as couldn’t/ wouldn’t hand out the drivers number (which I got last time I had this issue) as the drivers don’t have phones? Pretty sure they do!

DO NOT use this company
I ordered something then found it somewhere cheaper so cancelled
They are quick enough to take the deposit from your deposit but not return and claim they have!
Terrible customer service and a shocking response/communication from them when phoned!
EVERYONE BEWARE!
