I just register to skrill, I goes to verification center I proofed with my passport I'm over 18+ and I got perm restricted account for no reason, I just wanted to use skrill for transaction to my bank but seems like they are just unproffesional if they restrict for no reason.

lot of issues, no support I wait 20 minutes for live support in section department :"support" than someone picked my call and told me to open ticket service is so bad, they asked me for money to get my pass for whmcs after ip changed it caused issues 1 star enjoy.

EDIT: They suspend my service cause the guy who installed me "chargeback" after a year from what they say lmao its not even possible to do it after 2 months so how in 1 year he did. they also banned me from live chat support so I will renew most likely but I legit not recommand you to buy from them.

"Free Trial" lets just write something that we not provide lmao, when you fill your information "the server are busy" and thats not for 1 or 2 moments its like that for about a month and after read reviews I understand they just made this option to get more visitors.
if they will fix and acctully give what they "offer" I will change my rating.

Edit: They didn't answered mistake with other company they didn't answer for more than 24 hours.

vps downtimes, price is not metter because vps almost 95% down and also now I can't use my vps I has 40 days and asked for invoice for 1year than the days removed from my server and I am not going to pay any invoice until get my days back.

and staff team bad not answering just ignore me in chat / tickets / live chat bot
so can't get in touch, only nicolas acctully answered but now he also not answer.

EDIT: nobody care, they just keep ignoring us, also k1 vps machine not work 8 days in a row 40%uptime and they just not care about k1 and im not going to pay nothing going to refund if it will not going for resolve.

An excellent project, the supporters are very nice, offer very good and worth packages for low cost.

after I wrote my review, I did mistake the host isn't was the issuse, and not the files, it was the program I used to upload files.

after review they helped me much, and I will keep buying only from them, amazing service!

I meet the most bad expierence ever I saw in this site,
I paid for account the account delivered but he is Inactive, means that I can't use the account.

so I contact to the client support, and they just trolled me, all the time with the chat, the supporter trolled me and repeat herself.

I was buying there always because im third party seller, and buy there alot I liked this site before that happend, and they broke my and my customer hurt.

he paid me money because he wants me to supply him account, I am using Igvault as suppliers and I got this door block infront of me and now I he sad, I am mad because of it. and I really hope Igvault will had a mind and care and I wish they will contact me back.

- EDIT : the supporters said I did it, but I didn't contact the support, thats probably account I purchased why should I want him to get susspend.

I didn't did it, I swear in my life and I swear in my all family that I didn't contact epic, I bought the account and he was already inactive!

I got alot of problems, like broken item came with no refund from aliexpress side.
support not answering question and not listening.

1 example from 1 item that came broken.
I contact 6 times aliexpress support and everytime I asked just to get new item and they didn't listne but said "ok" everytime
and I asked don't open dipuste and what they did
they opened everytime.

after 4 months of waiting for answers I just stop contact them.

one of their support just trolled me whole chat
with saying "ok" like 1 hour she didnt answer anything just said ok and after that I reported her

and 1 time I got scam on brand, the product that should came was from 1 of the biggest brand with non lags but I received scam item and aliexpress didn't support with it. give me 1/3 of the price.
1/3 for fake item not worth I could buy better thing for that price I just though ill not get there scams but my expiernce was discussting.

Im not gonna tell you to not buy there, if you will find a good seller ill recommand

- sellers, alot of the seller really nice but they actully 20% lying.
1-5 sellers will lie to you, its actully a luck to to not fall there in scam, but I did and I ordered like 30 times in my accounts about 5000$ and still got like 6 - 8 discuses.

thats so worse guys but ill not tell you buy sometimes, sometimes ill actully recommand you but trust me support will just do things like saying ok to your words without actully do the thing u asked.
they just working like robots.

Best support ever im the most slow guy ever in the world, and they helped me alot.
only similar confuse for me at start cuz I didnt understand him but everything running good and I hope everything Will run well!

I do not recommend in any way to buy from this site storage, they lie about a lot of packages I paid for a package said the site runs fast everything works smooth there is protection and there is help and I paid more for the site design and programming to the site staff, of course I have evidence, and this thing called Storage site does not serve do not care heaven on all customers who pay strip I paid more double 8 than regular price for all benefits and did not receive anything put on me strip as if I was just a person and not a customer did not treat support that does not help in any way lying trying to steal money from you and not help Nothing related to the site.

Waste your time the site most of the time does not work properly the site moves slowly no protection you can copy the site as well because they have no protections and block and do not care they leave the site as it is and do not try to help terribly and treat horribly and talk dirty and I felt uncomfortable , Plus one of the supporters or the manager does not know who it is just underestimating me as a customer.

I do not recommend in any way and also my friends are not going to show you more income and we will move on to storage since it is worth the payment and even more simply shame.

Im not gonna change review until I will see my site fully work without problems I was spent days for it and the support just dont care and try make my site spend, so until ill see everything work like it should cuz I pay x8 more then the original price for include everything ill change review only when it will fixed from your side, im not gonna spend more money if I will not see nothing.

The most High quality servers, I'm recommend to purchase their server.
