Absolutely disgusted!

That is the last time I will order from Serenata. The last 2 times, the flowers were half dead & wilted.
Used to be good but the quality has been going down hill for sometime.

A great service from Anthony & Feroza. Very professional & supportive throughout the whole process. Having bought & sold properties for many years I have worked with many estate agents & I definitely rate them as one of the best.

I cannot thank Abraham in particular and his team enough. Abraham was so professional and empathetic in selling my property.
Unfortunately I instructed a firm of solicitors that performed so badly and a 2 bedroom flat with no chain took virtually 6 months to complete and I eventually completed due to the work and support of Abraham
I thoroughly recommend Northfields as they offer a very professional experience.
Calls and emails are responded to very promptly. And the sale was negotiated with calmness, understanding and going the extra mile.
Selling/buying property is very stressful and Abraham and his team made it less stressful for me. And I am very grateful for this.
As stated I was selling a 2 bedroom flat and yet the service I received was unrelated to the fees that I paid as I received a top class service.
Would definitely use again and have recommended to friends that live in the area.

If there were a category for minus stars I would give it. Lies, cunning, manipulative & a thoroughly distasteful experience. Only interested in their commission. Colluding with the owners to deceive just to get a sale.
When I received the property it was in a disgusting state with furniture that I had to find to dispose of. I do not believe that the negotiator at KFH did not know the mood & nature of the owners.
I would never use them again. I’ve had to engage a solicitor to pursue the former owners & fortunately I’ve kept the emails from the negotiator colluding with their lies. Avoid the Dulwich branch but given my dreadful experience I would advise that you avoid the entire company.
