Same owner different company name

Same owner different company name, Parker plastering Ltd, previously called C&L Domestic Ltd, our garden was done in 2022 by these builders.
The cracks started to appear within 1 year we thought it was just wear and tear so didn't
contact the builder then. unfortunately it is currently falling apart. We tried to call Laura and Craig Parker with no luck. I have attached pictures as evidence. Our garden isn't safe for our young children to play as most of the rendering work is filled with cracks and holes.

It's been 2weeks and I am still waiting for my parcel…

It's been 2weeks and I am still waiting for my parcel. A label was created on the 28/04/23 today the 12/05 and it still hasn't arrived and the item is needed for Sunday the 14th. I tried to call them but couldn't get hold of a human being. I will never use them again and will not recommend to family and friends.

Super fast delivery, my garden looks amazing had them put up today. I had purchased 2 15m warm lights and all bulbs worked.

The worse After sales service team ever

I bought a new car in November 2019, a week after the car was displaying problems with the tyres.

since then still under warranty I have been to Halfords twice and Big Motoring World snodland and still can't been fixed.

my husband and I have spoken to Louisa, Corral, Shanna, Katie in after sales department but they were not helpful as they refused to authorize what Halfords said needed to be done to my car and they still couldn't fix the problem.

it appears that the team is now avoiding our calls, because anytime we call they seem to be unavailable to speak to us and they would not call back

This is still ongoing, and I need to speak to someone higher up. recent developments - we had a discussion with big motoring world and it was agreed that we should drop the car with them to try and fix it again.

on Saturday the 25/01/20 we dropped the car with them and they gave us a courtesy car, pending the time they fix it.

they also offered us a 3 months extended warranty period (1 Feb - 30apr ) on the condition that I update my review.
