Crawley branch was very well laid out, clean, airy and air conditioned. I was politely approached by Andrew who greeted my son and I who enquired if we needed any help, just ask. He then professionally allowed us to browse alone without hovering. I did explain that this was day 1 of starting to look for a new set of sofas and dining room chairs. After about 30 minutes of testing a huge variety of sofa style my son and I settled on a favourite which was a powered recliner set of 2 & 3 seater sofas. I got the attention of Andrew again and asked him questions about pricing, delivery and removal of our existing suite and his wealth of knowledge was excellent. He didn’t pressure me at all about insurance but was totally honest regarding the benefits and what is covered. I felt very happy with everything and left the store to give myself cool down time and we popped into a clothes shop for my son, meanwhile I was thinking about my potential purchase at Furniture Village. We popped back into the shop and I found Andrew again and asked him to give me a figure for the 2 & 3 seater package, insurance and delivery, which he promptly did on his pad/tablet which was a great Bank Holiday deal, he then gave me the swatch pack to take upstairs to match the colours of the dining room chairs. Great, I found a match in colour and a design I liked. I then asked Andrew if he was working tomorrow and we will pop back up,( as we live 12 miles away). However, we left the shop, drove home, got the cash and drove all the way back. Luckily Andrew was just about free after having finished with a couple who also made a purchase. On my first visit Andrew had shown total hospitality by offering me a coffee which I politely declined but in our final visit to make the purchase I took up the offer as we were counting the cash. I also went for the shelved coffee table which matched the sofas. My whole experience using Furniture Village was 10/10 from start to finish. Andrew’s approach, aptitude and knowledge is a credit to the company, his sales skills are spot on with no pressure but a lot of knowledge. It’s very refreshing dealing with experienced staff rather than trying to deal with a 17 year old who knows nothing like many shops. Well done Andrew you made the whole experience a pleasure and congratulations Furniture Village for retaining staff who are so skilled. From ordering to delivery was only 22 hours for both my washing machine and Tumble Dryer. A lot of communication from AO via email about the order success, delivery times etc. This morning I got a phone call from the delivery guys giving me an estimated delivery time. You can track the location of the van so you know how many stops away they are. The delivery team were polite and were very careful with my white goods, carrying them both up to the second floor, plus they took my old ones away. This is the first time I’ve used AO and will highly recommend them. Very very pleased.

Huge thank you to Allan (RAC Breakdown Recovery mechanic) (who comes from just outside Brighton) he turned out to my plight of a non starting car away from home. He was polite, courteous and very professional in his knowledge of diagnostics. My factory fitted 10 yr old battery gave up on me when it was -2 degrees. He then arranged a next day call out for a mobile RAC mechanic (Phil) from Brighton to come out during Storm Bert to supply and fit a new battery. Phil was equally as professional and polite. Long gone are the days of replacing the battery yourself when Ford push your battery back behind the aircon unit which has to be removed, unplugged and then all put back together ‘properly!!’ So thank you Alan and thank you Phil and thanks to the back office team. Thank you so much to Phil, the mobile RAC mechanic from Brighton who turned out on a Saturday morning to supply and fit a new car battery. Communication with the RAC from breakdown to repair was excellent. I’d highly recommend RAC mobile mechanics. Thanks also to the RAC rescue mechanic who turned out last night at 7pm and diagnosed the fault then arranged the next day repair, I think he was called either Andy or Alan. He got me home during a freezing night and Phil came today during Storm Bert. Both a credit to the RAC. A+++

I’ve always found Ionos a great service provider with 24/7 support. I’ve been with them for about 15 years when they were 1and1. Customer services are always very helpful and resolve and questions you have.

Easy to use website, lots of favourite ingredients and very well priced. Fast delivery too. I used to buy from Amazon but this company are far cheaper in price.

Probably ‘The Best’ account card on the market. I initially got this card to use whilst on holiday because it was fee free and no restrictions where as Revolut Card has. The exchange rate was excellent and no international fees. It’s fully supported by the App where you can easily top up from your main bank, get instant notifications when spending (handy because you’ll know if your card is used without your knowledge instantly). You can also temporarily stop your card on the App if you can’t find your wallet or purse, limit it’s use to certain purchases and get a full breakdown of what you’ve spent in things like shopping, restaurants, fuel etc.
I’m using the card more and more as a normal bank card now I’m back in the U.K. I’d highly recommend Starling over Revolut any day as I have both. A++

I’ve used this independent family run business for a large house move and since just a single item move (fridge freezer) and on both occasions they were excellent. Extremely careful, and couldn’t do enough for me. I’m a single parent and they helped put everything in each room as required. Also very very affordable.

From ordering to delivery was less than 24 hours, excellent service indeed. They deserve 10 stars not just 5. Highly recommended. I only used the free postal service not any premium delivery offered.

Very good selection of hotels and destinations, easy to filter to what exactly you want and an open list of prices on the calendar. Low deposit and monthly payments. Really affordable for a single parent.

I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering, I ordered online for quickness and convenience only to read too many people have had delays and up to 14 days still waiting ! I should have gone to my alternative local pharmacy. There are no delivery timelines in the emails or expected delivery scales. I need the medication today, I’m going to have to go out and buy it and cancel Lloyds ghost system

Far better than any other courier, my parcel arrived less than 24 hours of placing the order. It was meant to arrive in 48hrs but arrived in less than 20. First time I’ve used them, I’m impressed it came from the north overnight to London then to Gatwick by 6am then out to me. Superb Yodel network.
