We did some updating in our kitchen and ended up with a blank wall space. I flipped through your posters and saw the Positano lemons. It reminded me of our trip to Italy. The colors are perfect and came in all sizes. I put it in a black frame and love it!

The choices were very good. The carpet came when expected and the installer did a great job. He was pleasant and did a great cleanup. We are very happy with the overall experience.

We ordered a part for a 1967 Chevy and it was the wrong piece. Called the company and said we got the wrong part. They said we should have spoken to someone in the company before ordering. All the way through the on-line order process and payment information there was no mention of this. Spoke to someone who said we could return the part if we paid shipping. Take box to UPS to find that shipping cost $138.00. Told company this was too high and they replied that if we wanted the return-to address and a refund we had to pay. In the middle of a pandemic we had to find a UPS store to return the piece. All the emails from them sounded translated and the warehouse is a secret Truly Buyer Beware!

We are sorry you had a bad experience with us, but we just want to clarify a few things. Before anyone purchases any of our parts you must check the compatibility of the part to the car you are trying to install it on. This is what our customer service representative was referring to when they explained you must check (not call) before purchasing a part. As to the cost of return shipping the only way you can get a quote from any carrier such as UPS is by giving them a return address which was provided to you. We would never hide a warehouse location so as to not return it. In any event, we already issued you a refund to your order last week to accommodate you as best we could. How quickly any refund appears in your account depends entirely on your bank.
