This website is fraud. They charged me for a part I have not received. Not sure why Google let's them advertise! They charged my debit card 41.93 which I'm out of also out of a part that I desperately need!!! Please report and share with others. Plusmore.com is fraudulent website!!!
Parts never shipped
I ordered a part that was simply never shipped as far as I can tell. It's been over a month now and I have asked for a full refund. I'll keep you posted about if/when that happens. Wish me luck!!
Be Cautious!- My story
Be Cautious! I bought a car part here a few months ago and it was "in stock" and had a "delivery by" date. Credit card charged immediately even though part was not shipped. Delivery Date came and went and I sent an email. Repy said to be patient and when shipped another email would come. Nearly a month later no part and no email. Called for refund. Spoke with male who repeatedly said "You didn't get your part??" Said he would refund. Site says refund processed in a couple business days. Waited a week. No email, no refund received. Called my credit card company and they processed a "chargeback" so i did eventually get my money back. Funny end, I ordered the same part from Amazon prime and got it in a day. I really try not to use Amazon, but this is the crap that makes it impossible to trust any online. Some of the reviews are good....not sure how. Tread lightly and know what you are getting into.

Shady company
Ordered a part the beginning of December, realized it was the wrong part and contacted the company immediately to cancel the order, but was told it could not be canceled once the shipping label was created. We didn't receive the part until the end of December. (And according to the shipping label, it was not created until 2 days AFTER I tried cancelling the order.) Returned the part, UPS confirmation that the part was delivered to the address given by the company with the return authorization information. STILL have not received my refund. First few emails were answered timely and I was told that my 'refund was being initiated.' Emails after that were not answered. Three months later and still no refund. I called yesterday, spoke to 'customer service' and was told they needed to look into the matter further and would call me back in 10-15 minutes, and I specifically asked if they were actually going to call me back, or avoid calling me back like they did the emails. I was assured that yes, they would definitely call me back...we are now almost 24 hours later and still no call. I have tried given this place plenty of opportunities to make things right, obviously its not something they are capable of, and I will be contacting my bank to file a dispute. I will have to agree with the other reviewers, this place is a fraudulent company and should NOT be in business at all!!!

So I came across this site when I was shopping on Google for a negative battery cable for my 2006 chevrolet hhr. The part was priced at $20.18 all together. I didnt think nothing of it at the time, just that it was affordable and available so I blindly went ahead and ordered it. This was around December 20, 2020 when i ordered the part and it stated on the "m.plusmore.com" that the package arrival time might be delayed due to covid and me ordering it around the holiday time. So i was like okay im not in a rush. After 2 weeks i still had not received the package. So i decided to call plusmore to see where my package was as they had not provided me with a tracking number. When I called the "(800) 806-1709" on their site it went to an automated voice system that stated that due to the covid virus the representatives were not available. At that moment I started to get suspicious. (Why wouldnt a customer service agent be available to assess my issue? Something is not right.) So I sent them an email stating that i have not received my package after i ordered it 2 weeks ago. 2 days later i got a reply email from them stating that the reason why i didnt get the package was because the part i ordered was unavailable (if it was unavailable at the time that i purchased it then why did you have on the site that there was 2 in stock!!!!!!!!!!) So i told them that i wanted a refund. (This is when I got scammed!!!!!!) They sent me an "Auto Receipt" on Jan.11.2020 stating that i would get my refund back to my account in 5-7 business days. I was like okay and waited for a WEEK and NO REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!! So i emailed them again and told them i did not receive my refund. They replied saying that they issued the refund already and that i should check my account. So i did and i still did not receive the refund. I again fustratedly emailed them about not getting my refund and got no reply. To this day, Plusmore.com has not issued me my refund of $20.18. I instead ordered the part from a trusted site on Autozone.com that was priced at $18.00 and got the part in less than a week.
So i advice you, who is ever reading this review to be cautious of this illegitimate site that claims to offer parts for cheap, when in reality all they want is your money. Stick to sites like Amazon, Ebay, Autozone, etc.

I ordered a part from this website on March 17, 2021 I never received that part they said that I would receive the part by Friday, March 26, 2021 I called customer service on a Saturday at the 800 number provided on the website that 800 number called me back twice until I answer the phone the guy on the website told me that there was nothing he can do until Monday I called in on Monday and I spoke with a “John Anderson” I asked him for his supervisor and I spoke with a woman by the name of Anna Peterson these are clearly made of names as I can tell that the two associates I spoke with are from a foreign country they hesitated to give me their names first and last they assured me that I will receive a refund within 4 to 5 business days with no confirmation on the payment that I use to order my part do not order from this website it is a scam I recommend if you ordered parts to contact your bank and dispute the transaction because you will not receive a refund

I have been trying to contact this company for weeks for a return authorization. I have left numerous messages on their customer service line. Yes, the one that they keep replying to complaints listed on this site. I have never received a call back. I have emailed them multiple times with no response. It has been 5 business days since they emailed me and said they were going to refund my money on a part they never had in stock. My question to them is how in the world can you legally take my money for merchandise that you never had. If you go to McDonald's and order a cheeseburger and they take your money and you get to the window and they are all out of cheeseburgers wouldn't you want your money back right then or rather would you have liked for them to tell you they are all out of cheeseburgers before you ever gave them the money so you could go get a cheeseburger else where. Thats my 2 cents. Bad business operating procedures. Criminal really.

Ordered a part, they suposadly had, untill they charged my credit card, then when it did not arrive on the day it was supposed to, I checked the order, it said they did not have the part and would refund the money on my credit card in 2 days, this is a week later, try to call customer service,a recording says all are busy , wait, then in sbout 10 seconds it says leave a messsge, then when you do it hangs up on you.
Bad website information
I went on their website and ordered a new GPS antenna using my vin number to ensure I got the correct part. After a week or so I tried calling but no answer and no return call. Left another message 2 days later then emailed. 2 days later I get a message saying they had problems with my address. I gave them the same address and they said they would ship. A week later after hearing nothing I sent and email to cancel my order. 2 days later it arrived and then they responded and said they could not cancel since it arrived. After all of that it was the incorrect part for my truck. I sent a request to return the part along with pics of their part and mine. 2 days later I get a request to send a pic. So I sent the same one I previously sent. They said I could return the part. I sent another request in asking for a return label since they sent the wrong part. Their response was that was the part I ordered. You can't trust their system to ship the correct part for your car and when they don't you pay to return their mistake. I'm out $14 and lots of headaches.
