Avoid big motoring world -the reviews…

Avoid big motoring world -the reviews are overwhelming negative and our experience was negative-paid £129 to move a car priced £22,500 from Kent to Cannock and arranged a test drive, was advised that this would be refunded if car was not as described. Car was dirty , bird poo splattered all down rear side of car, rear interior trim was loose. Harry the salesman was nice and advised cars are only cleaned if a sale is agreed .No v5 with the car, no battery certificate. 3 month warranty is pathetic with £500 claim limit, extended warranties are very over priced £1395 for 12months ! as are alloy wheel protection and paint /interior protection at £799 each. They refused to refund the £129

We are sorry to hear about your disappointment with your vehicle of interest.

All of our cars are valeted once when they leave our preparation centre, and once before the new customer takes it away. Unfortunately, we cannot commit to cleaning cars prior to viewings because of the number of cancellations we have.

I am also sorry that you were disappointed that a logbook was unavailable for the vehicle. On occasion, we are either supplied with an expired V5 or the vehicle was previously classed as disabled. In this case, the customer would need to apply for a new logbook and pay for the road tax at a Post Office using a V62 form.

Unfortunately, the £129 Move My Car transfer fee is non-refundable. This fee is a payment for a standalone service.
