I contacted PROCOOK via CHAT for some advice about a product (we were wanting to replace a casserole we had used for years but the same model was not still available). The agent was really helpful and asked how long we had had the item - 6 years. I was informed it had a 24 year guarantee so he would offer a replacement. After answering some questions about the existing item a replacement was sent out ...it arrived the next day. This was amazing service.

I have two RING devices and have been happy with the quality and performance. Sadly the RING team have decided that a 43% price hike with no perceived benefit is the way to go which sadly shows how little they understand or care for their customers.
They have made national news, have forums and social media in meltdown but so far no statement from them to justify their actions.
So, a sad day for RING and I am finding it difficult to even give one star.

I started to receive emails from H&B that were intended for another person with the same name as me….my email address had been added to his account in error. I called customer service and tech support to get it sorted for the other person but they were very unhelpful and kept passing me between departments.
*** Update 11/4/2023 - H&B have followed this up within their teams and put steps in place to prevent recurrence. So, my initial review was 1* but I have now edited to 3* (average 1* & 5*).

Placed order for toilet and cistern. Arrived completely smashed. Went through returns process and got a date for delivery of replacement - items did not arrive but were scheduled for the next day...they did not arrive. Finally arrived a day late and OK but the damaged items were not taken away (as they promised to do). There was no communication from the delivery company at any point and I took 3 wasted days from work as a result. Sadly not the experience I was expecting.
Given 2 stars as I do have the product now.
