Customer Service and Tech Support very poor
I started to receive emails from H&B that were intended for another person with the same name as me….my email address had been added to his account in error. I called customer service and tech support to get it sorted for the other person but they were very unhelpful and kept passing me between departments.
*** Update 11/4/2023 - H&B have followed this up within their teams and put steps in place to prevent recurrence. So, my initial review was 1* but I have now edited to 3* (average 1* & 5*).
