It took me ages to get as poor response
Wanted to get some information about cancelling/ reselling tickets. I couldn't talk to anyone, so used Live chat. I was 90th in the queue! The queue seemed to stop moving, so I accidentally closed the chat and had to start again. This happened 3 times.
After the last attempt (where I started again at 87th in the queue, I eventually got through after nearly an hour and got a response, which didn't really answer my question.
AXS clearly hasn't got the staff to cope with the workloads.
