Miss sold EC40 - fake maximum range

Non existent complaint process, they just close the case and send you to the ombudsman.

EC40 that supposed to have more than 330 miles range doesn’t go over 230. You make a complaint, they say there is no fault, they close the case and they don’t put any technical information in paper to justify the range.

More complaints are coming and probably a big problem for them soon in the news.

Avoid at all costs!!!!

Avoid any Wedding List with them

The Wedding List service doesn’t exist. They just put all links to the items together.

If you have a problem with any order (we had more than 4 issues) you have to contact each guest and ask them to raise a case for you because you are not the one on their system.

We got missing items, broken items and duplicates ones too. Completely useless. No one is going to help you and on top of all the stress around the wedding you will have to deal with unhelpful, lack of care, costumer service with standard replies.

The speed it’s good for my use but we suffer often disconnections from the service and they will refuse to log a complaint until the fault has lasted at least two days.

They are usually on time but the…

They are usually on time but the delivery man that comes to my place always throws the parcels over the small grass area in front of the door. The box hit the door and the content and the door can be damaged.

We asked to leave the parcel in the porch but I think there is no need to play with the parcels.

Over the past months they have missed…

Over the past months they have missed the delivery more than 4 times. The packaging it’s just too much. the boxes are way too big, also too heavy and it takes space until the recycle bin is due. Other companies like “Different dog” are much better.

The costumer service is getting better and you don’t have to wait a lot anymore on the phone.

The subscription is not reliable and you may have to go to the store if you run out of food.

It looks like they have also change the ingredients of the frozen nuggets. Not sure why.

I have been using natures menu for more than a year but they problems they are giving since changing the website and increasing the prices are just too much.

Since two or three months ago the…

Since two or three months ago the service has changed dramatically to worse: missing deliveries that have been charged, reducing dates for delivery, increasing the prices and reducing the costumer service to the minimum. They also don’t have invoices available anymore…

Before you could chat with an agent in a few seconds, now it takes no minimum 30 minutes to talk over the phone
