Over the past months they have missed…

Over the past months they have missed the delivery more than 4 times. The packaging it’s just too much. the boxes are way too big, also too heavy and it takes space until the recycle bin is due. Other companies like “Different dog” are much better.

The costumer service is getting better and you don’t have to wait a lot anymore on the phone.

The subscription is not reliable and you may have to go to the store if you run out of food.

It looks like they have also change the ingredients of the frozen nuggets. Not sure why.

I have been using natures menu for more than a year but they problems they are giving since changing the website and increasing the prices are just too much.
