Waiting on my parcel since the start of…

Waiting on my parcel since the start of August. Worst service in Ireland. Where do all the “lost” parcels go? I think it’s pretty obvious. Generic replies from customer service every time. The worst delivery service in Ireland also has the worst customer service.

Fastway have very few positive responses so there’s something very strange about the four star rating. If you read down through the reviews, you will see that their customer service has no interest in resolving complaints or issues; they just post a fob off and move on. I will never purchase from Cult Beauty again because of their use of Fastway.

Took over €529 euro from my bank…

Took over €529 euro from my bank account for a booking. No confirmation email and no sign of the booking in my account. I’ve been onto customer service for over two hours at this stage, speaking to three different reps, to no avail. The second one said she’d ring me back but didn’t bother. She also asked me to email in a screenshot from my bank account showing the payment, which I did. She just ignored it. The next rep said an screenshot was no good; I had to send a statement. As it was Revolut, I was able to email a statement in straight away. The rep then said a statement was no good. He fobbed me off and said I’d be refunded in 14 days, but couldn’t tell me why I’d be refunded, if, as they claimed, they didn’t get the money. As I need the reservation that I paid for, as the booking was due to commence in two days, I said I don’t want a refund, I want confirmation of my booking. He offered to put me through to his supervisor and I agreed. I was on hold for over 15 minutes and then they hung up without answering. I have used Booking.com for over a decade but you really see what a company is like when something goes wrong. They are USELESS.

Still no sign of my package and no tracking update since 8th AUGUST! No reply to four emails to customer service either. Fastway keep saying my parcel is in customs but that’s a lie. It cleared customs and is marked as being in the Fastway depot.

Order 682269436R.1 never arrived, again.

Order never arrived. The courier confirmed they lost it. It then had to be resent, minus a now out of stock item, but I still haven’t received any of the order that had to be resent, not just the out of stock item. Tracking hasn’t been updated since 8th August. This is a regular occurrence with CB as they persist in using Fastway couriers, which is the worst service in Ireland.

No sign of my parcel, as usual.

No sign of my parcel, yet again. Tracking hasn’t been updated since 8th August and emails remain unanswered. Terrible service.

There’s no way their rating is 4.0. There are masses of negative reviews. Something fishy there too, Trustpilot.


UPDATE: Just look at the reply from Fastway, below. No attempt to get my parcel to me or resolve the issue, It’s worse they’re getting.

Thank you for contacting Fastway.

This is currently in our Central Sorting Hub awaiting full customs clearance.

Irish Revenue and Customs control all Shipments coming into Ireland and report on Manifests provided by your Supplier. There can be issues with manifests received but Customs and your Suppliers will be notified of these issues.
This parcel will be updated on a daily basis to review the status. Once this Shipment is cleared we will release this out for delivery. Please note that your parcel may not arrive into the Fastway Network for up to 14 working days. 

If you track your parcel on www.fastway.ie (http://www.fastway.ie) it will update when it has been released.
