bad experence

Good when things go right, don't help when things go wrong.. im very disappointed with my recent experience ..

31st august update. despite providing proof my order was delivered somewhere else, they still deny my reshipment request.

the process to claim for practioners…

the process to claim for practioners and special investigations is misleading and awful.

they want a letter from my Dr to say they recommend osteopath care but you are unable to claim for pre existing conditions?? it doesn't make any sense..
they say its in the terms and conditions, which it is but in very small print!!!
absolute madness and sadly i will be cancelling my plan after the first year.
much better providers around

genuinely the worse experience i have…

genuinely the worse experience i have ever had with a travel company/booking

stayed in a property for 2 days, due to a gas leak downstairs the hot water was turned off so no hot water at all during our stay,no lights working in the living room,very dirty apartment,spoke to apartment staff 4 times who promised to fix but nothing was done.
on return after many emails was given 25% worth of travel credits and shut down.
feeling very raw and angry after this experience

Terribble experience at the Covent…

Terribble experience at the Covent Garden travelodge.
Booked for a upgraded room arrived and the only room they had was a disabled room as hotel was fully booked.
The room was dirty and smelt like fish,greasy hand and finger stains on the walls, broken air con unit and messy bathroom.
Barely slept. Worse experience I've ever had from a hotel very disappointed

Worse company when you have a problem
Bought a smart ring in August
By December had issues with charging, sent back for it to be looked at and they sent back pictures of damage that wasn't on the ring when I sent it.
Very odd
Will never be buying Samsung products again
