Having had the disappointment of finding out my car repair was going to be too expensive to warrant the repair, the scrapping of it was really easy. They liaised with the garage and I got my money promptly. Thanks for the great service

We ordered a garden set at the start of May and were told it was coming. Finally told end of July it would be October.
Absolute rubbish communication unless you post something online. Phone line was cut off after I ordered which should have been a red flag.
Order now cancelled and refunded through credit card as not forthcoming on that either and I’m buying elsewhere

The colour was different to that in the pictures and I have a pair the same/similar already and wouldn’t have bought them if the colour had been accurate. I’m keeping them because they were in the sale and postage is expensive but I’m unlikely to buy again

So sorry you didn’t like the colour the real leather shoes you can make darker by dark polish. or we are more thank happy to have them back
