Unmatched sandals with one pre worn! OrderJoseph Seibel…

Ordered a pair of Joseph Seibel sandals and received a mismatched pair with one clearly having been worn already. The name on the sole inside was barely legible and the colour was dulled. Got an apology from customer services who sent us free return label to print off at home. Had to the reorder a replacement pair, which had one sandal with looped stitching which looked likely to unravel. Phoned customer service again and they apologised and assured me they check shoes before sending out. Very poor quality control.

Chase could easily have been 5 stars…

Chase could easily have been 5 stars from me before I tried to pay for a car out of my savings and the payment of £20,000 (well below the advertised daily withdrawal limit of £25,000) was blocked. You then enter a world of intrusive questions about the payee, what the money is for, how they requested the money , whether anyone is forcing you to pay it etc etc . Again and again you have to repeat that it's fine, the payee is a recognised account (in my case a Volvo garageto an account Chase recognised) that I am scam aware and this is not one. However hard I tell myself to keep calm and just go through the security interrogation, I find it so insulting that they think I'm an idiot and can't be trusted with my own money. To make matters worse,even though I advised them that I would be making another smaller transfer to the same company, the next day, they said Computer says no and you have to go through the same questions again!!
I then did a complaint which was laborious but ended with a conversation with a very nice man who understood exactly what I was saying and told me they did not want their customers to feel this way. Maybe some day they'll reconsider this ridiculous over the top scam protection. For me I'm using another bank now.
Chase please start to treat your customers like intelligent grown ups.

The bed was very comortable at the…

The bed was very confortable at the start and we loved it. We rotated it as instructed but despite this, the settlement of the fillings mean there are now two clear dips where my husband I sleep with a mound in the middle. The Furnicare man sent by JL (the retailer ) measured everything but apparently the degree of dip was within the tolerances set by Harrison Spinks. He told us it was because no-one sleeps in the middle! We thought we would be ok because the mattress and bed had a 7 year guarantee and we finally complained about it at 3.5 years. No such luck ! The guarantee is not worth having in my opinion, although we did get broken corner ends repaired. Were now left with the Pennines in between Yorkshire and Lancashire; a bit like sleeping in hammocks!

As all our mattresses contain sumptuous layers of natural fillings, body compressions are a normal feature of a handmade, natural filled mattress.

If you believe there is a genuine manufacturing fault with your mattress, we kindly ask that you continue to liaise with your retailer as your purchase contact is directly with them and they will wish to resolve this for you.

Should they wish to call upon our services, then there are several options to investigate further.

Took ages to arrive-over 4 weeks and seems thin and poor compared to what I was expecting.

Review of Rhino Greenhouses

AVOID

AVOID! AVOID! Unless you can organise an experienced Rhino installer to put it together, do not be tempted by the website and brochures to spend A LOT OF MONEY for a greenhouse which is impossible to construct yourself. As others have said (and I wish I'd have read before purchasing ) the instructions are terrible, not sequential, such that you have to go back 6 pages and redo something. The parts that are sent, need adjusting to size - so they're not even right for the greenhouse size you ordered. Far from being a straight forward build, it is VERY TIME CONSUMING and FRUSTRATING experience. Our builder son-in-law took 4 days and much swearing to complete and he says he will NEVER do another Rhino greenhouse. No wonder there are NO REVIEWS on their website! Pity that Rhino have a basically sound if very expensive product but poor after sales and dreadful guide to construction.

Beyond frustrating being kept on hold…

Beyond frustrating being kept on hold for an agent to answer my call; all the time I'm paying for the call! Shocking, especially as Im trying to get my card unlocked after 3 wrong pin attempts, so can't use it. Over 11 minutes for an answer.Their loss of course, as I can use another card and shop anywhere but JL!
