No progression after level 3

The courses were fairly good but the support for finding employment is very poor even though the website says they "work closely to a number of large organisations and job centers across the UK to give job seekers an effective and free service to support them into employmemt"
I get messages with the same courses I have completed and now I get a message asking if I have found anything or taking any courses, I said no I am still looking then I get another reply saying "that wonderful what course have you started and who is the provider"
Not impressed at all

Excellent customer service answered my query very quickly, I bought an e-bike from the company at a very good price, the delivery was very quick and the quality of the packing was excellent, I would definately recommend this company and look forward to dealing with you in the future

😆 🤣 😂 shouldn't laugh at the fact of all the scammers on this app that are verified, I did my research and found that they can use an animated image to get photos of someone else verified as them,the scammers always find a way, such a disgrace as the company in blinded thinking the verified users are 100percent them, reverseimagesearch is a very helpful tool in tracking down the real people to confirm the person is fake

Full of scammers

Full of scammers, even after reporting they allow the users to continue, you should be blocking phone number and emails, a simple camera facial verification for ever user would prevent most of the issue, you are helping cyber fraud rather than preventing it

Shockingly bad servers for Ark survival…

Shockingly bad servers for Ark survival evolved, now the disgraceful company is holding players to randsom so they cannot play Ark Ascended on a better server than Nitrado, official servers have always been bad on Evolved and they are using the same servers for Ascended nothing improved, snail games and nitrado screwed over wildcard, consumer rights should be looking at the disgusting deal

Tracking system doesn't work

Tracking system doesn't work, states a time period so you get home for that time to find out they have already attempted 2hours earlier, customer service was very helpful except they wouldn't tell me their complaints procedure, the depot contacted me saying the tracking system is wrong which is not good for a logistics company, had to go pick up the parcel myself, this was all after my delivery was cancelled the day before due to their issues.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service, couldn't even tell me where my product was after a month,
Ordered item from USA waited 4 weeks and the stated delivery date had past by a week, I contacted customer service and they stated we don't know where it is we will have to order again, I then told them to cancel, I cancelled my account too and went to the manufacturer in USA and It took 3 days to deliver to me direct, Amazon is just a middle man who can't even do there job now and the pointless customer service guys can't help you, getting paid to just say I don't know

This company did not fill in my tax return

This company did not fill in my tax return even though I sent all details to them before any deadlines, I was made aware when i recieved a fine from HMRC, they also told me they did not recieve even though i had an email confirming reciept of my tax return.
I had to fill in my own tax return as i was given 30days to respond to HMRC and Securitax said it would taken them 14days to respond to why they did not do.
Also any additonal money that was taken for tax but not needed is still being held by the company after my tax return has been completed and HMRC have returned part of my tax already.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Poor service

Poor service, delivery attempt wasn't made due to bad weather, all road are clear and hasn't snowed for a week, poor excuse, Evri didn't contact me to make me aware that my delivery wasn't going to be attempted, paid for next day delivery but might be lucky to get my parcel next week, will never use this company again and will advice any company using Evri for next day to stop using, very poor service
