The robe is really good quality and my…

The robe is really good quality and my partner loved it as a Christmas gift. The embroidery really set it of and gave a personal touch.
Delivery was super fast even though it was a personalised item in the last week of December.

Absolutely appalling

Absolutely appalling. I bought a fridge freezer, next day delivery.
13 days later, 5 failed deliveries I still do not have my fridge freezer.
When I’ve asked for a refund I’ve been told I will only get my money back when the delivery company (ArrowXL) return the item.
Thank goodness for charge back with my bank who sorted out my refund for me.

Useless useless useless.

Useless useless useless.
Why big companies, The Range, Very, Argos use Arrow XL is beyond me.
Paid for next day delivery but item not delivered. No one can rearrange. Very told me to re buy the item so I could try again for another delivery, but the refund for the original purchase would take 14 days.
Arrow XL couldn’t care less and just keep saying ‘We’ll rebook it when we find it’ that’s a huge help!!
Avoid large orders from The Range, Very & Argos if you want to receive your item.
I’m still waiting for my fridge freezer

Don’t buy from these guys

Don’t buy from these guys. They promise the world, don’t deliver then say sorry lots of times but don’t resolve the problem. When you give solutions they have a ‘computer says no’ attitude. No human thoughts or care just battery hens in a call centre. Then to top it all 14 days for a refund and advised to re buy the item if I want delivery quicker.

Always easy to use, especially now I have the app so I can see local chargers. It also allows you to start the charge without the £50 preauthorisation on a card.

Online not worth the hassle

The items a perfect but the buying process was not good.
The special offer code didn’t work, when I ring customer services they said to just buy full price and then ring back for a refund of the discount. I never got the refund.
Then delivery took 12 days when I paid for a premium delivery.
One item has been returned by inpost locker and they say they haven’t received it so still no money back.
I’ll stick to buying in store!

Useful tool

It’s really good that my largest bill - rent payment can now be shown on my credit report. It’s just a shame you have to pay to have it reported with more than one credit reference agency. You don’t pay for the reporting of mortgage or utilities or other credit bill so it’s just another money maker against renters.

Extremely slow delivery.

I ordered at1pm so expected the item to be dispatched the next working day as described in the delivery policy on the website.

The item wasn’t dispatched for a further week by Royal Mail not Hermes and arrived 2 days later. I had a very disappointed daughter on her birthday as the jacket she really wanted wasn’t there to unwrap. In fact she got it 4 days after her birthday.

The poor service does now make me question the authenticity of the jacket! The delivery claims were not true so are the products as authentic as they claim??
