Disappointed…
I was advised that my order would be delivered between 11.30am &1.30pm on given day having paid for Express Delivery. It did not arrive so waited Couple of hours still nothing & No Communication from the named Courier! Contacted Evri numerous times rang Customer Service around 5.50pm no plausible reason given! Then continued until almost 11.30pm by Robot Chat. Communication is none existent!! Eventually the following day I contacted the retailer & spoke to an actual Human who were helpful!
My order came 24hours late.
The main problem is Evri do not keep the client informed! The client has to chase all the time
