The installers were nice people, respectful and friendly to me an old person, no hassle. They came, they knew what they had to do, every detail, they did their job competently, showed me the completed job. I was happy and they said goodbye..

The EON Engineer came to install the Smart Meter promptly on time last week. He spent several hours painstakingly doing his work on the gas and electricity connections and on the meters. He installed the new Smart meter and explained to me how it works.
He was a very pleasant gentleman. He was respectful and polite to me an elderly person.

You were accessible on Sunday. The service was prompt, just a short wait during the day. Your staff member came, was very polite, took all precautions, wore mask and kept distance, wore gloves, worked quietly and without fuss, He left the premises, after spraying with disinfectant, quietly.
