I have ordered quite a few of your products before and been very pleased with them, but I must be honest and say I thought the birthday letterbox biscuits tasted slightly stale. So, disappointed this time

All the items I ordered were exactly as shown and described on the website. The prices are always good value. My order was dealt with within a couple of days. All items were carefully packaged and arrived safely and in good time. Highly recommended!

The details on the biscuits are exquisite. I bought the Happy Birthday tin for a friend's 30th birthday - she loved it! The tin is re-usable afterwards too. She said the biscuits were delicious. Arrived the next day and as usual, very carefully packaged. Thankyou!

The plants I ordered were exactly as described. They were very well packaged so there was absolutely no damage. They are strong and healthy and have some new growth on them already. Delivery was within a week. Would recommend!

I now order my whole Christmas lunch from Cook every year, after trying the whole caboodle 4 years ago and being soo impressed! From the easy to cook items from frozen, to the beautiful, tasty and moist turkey I took out of the freezer 48 hours in advance of 25th, (check your own sized frozen turkey to see the length of time it needs defrosting) to the step by step timing guide provided. And there's only clean plates to wash up afterwards! I can't praise Cook enough. Thankyou all guys!! xxx

All items arrive beautifully and securely packaged and there's never been any damage or anything broken. I was kept informed of the items I was to Click and Collect - that they were being picked, that 2 items were coming from another store, and that they were all there to now be collected. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and soon got my order to the till for me and loaded into a trolley. Great service! Great goods!

It is so easy to order online and use Click and Collect. My order was quickly acknowledged online and I was given a collection date. This is followed up with confirmation of the collection date. A text message was sent as soon as my order was in-store and ready for collection, and when I turned up to collect my order it was ready for me next to the Customer Service desk. Great way to order and pick up - I use this option every time! Thankyou!

The free delivery was quick and efficient. Unfortunately the item was damaged when it arrived, but Hughes were very helpful and arranged for another item to be despatched within a couple of days, and the courier swapped the new one for the damaged one and returned it to Hughes' distribution centre. Very pleased with the service

Very good service in that my order was despatched promptly, and arrived sooner than the original estimated delivery date. Item was well packaged too. I was slightly disappointed that part of the backing of my item gapes at one side - glad I paid the sale price and not the full price! Hence the 4 stars this time

I was looking for curtains and was really pleased with the wide range there was to choose from! I do find the shop rather warm so I had already looked online to see what they had. Good range of cushion covers which I bought too! I do like Dunelm!

Ordered some bare root plants. They arrived within 48 hours, well packaged. The plants all look very healthy and I'm very pleased with them - now waiting for any chance of frost to pass so I can plant them!

This was my 3rd order from this small business, and as with the previous orders this one arrived very quickly. The quality of the glass is excellent as are the black and brass metal frames. The order arrived beautifully packaged and with plenty of bubble wrap and padding to ensure no damage, and the dried flowers in the frames are so pretty. Delivered to my door, I decided to try the calorie counted meals for one. There's an excellent choice of veggie dishes as well as meat ones. They're not large portion sizes but just right for me, a female - I felt pleasantly satisfied without feeling over-full or bloated! I enjoyed the veggie ones most of all and as with other Cook products, they can be cooked in the microwave straight from the freezer! How simple, quick and delicious is that! I will definitely order these again

Such delicious food, from freezer to oven, just like home-made, the gravy too! No prep, apart from taking the turkey out of the freezer on Christmas Eve night (!), and knowing I don't have to worry about that side of Christmas at all - (I know it will taste wonderful), gave me more time to spend with my young grandchildren and later, my best friend. Sheer joy and happiness all round! Thankyou again this year, Cook!

Wide range and choice of items. I unfortunately ordered the wrong size with my first order so had to return several things - I needn't have worried about it as Vintage-Folk were so understanding and helpful (unlike some other vintage clothing websites who refuse to refund unless the size they send doesn't match the size you ordered - the ONLY situation in which they will refund when they 'choose' the items you receive in the first place!) Vintage-Folk sent good quality and excellent clothing, and my relative was over the moon with his shirt. Service was quick too! Will definitely buy again from Vintage-Folk - thankyou so much!
