Fantastic travel agents

Fantastic travel agents, I had a good experience using them was straight forward and they did all the work.
Andy was great help and got things done fast.

Then we had issues and whilst trying to get our refund sorted out due to health issues, Maggie Grace sorted us out in no time when we couldn't get through to anyone. She went out of her way to get us our refund back and very same day we spoke to her as well.

Overall fantastic, they helped us in both good and bad situations.

Be Realistic and Understand the Why behind the scam

Roger is very good at handling a conversation and it seems a lot of small businesses don't understand what exactly happened and are depending on sources such as NFRN(this is not our union it is a profit seeking entity that MAY be able to help in its capacity).

Long story short there was a loan of around £8000(for a screen with a value of £440-£500) taken out when we got 1 screen, that money was received by RMG as a lump sum from your finance company, now even if you count all the screens they "sold" to you, there is an idea of how much money they had. Now because RMG does no longer have the money to pay the businesses it means that obviously they have spent the money, most likely director salaries and "investments" elsewhere (speculation, money has to go somewhere).

The questions we need answering is "why did the screens cost so much?", "Why was i told to get more than one screen?", "Why was it called a high spec monitor, but has a below par of a tv refresh rate of 55-60hz?" , "Why is the previous staff all disappeared, many of who that encouraged buying more than one screen and being vague about the refresh rate of the screens?"
Keep in mind the replies that Roger is providing are not actually answering anything of importance and are vague in nature and mostly storytelling like when he repeatedly mentions the previous companies and how they did this and that... Actual information that will help you understand what you want to know, such as; where is my money now?, what happened to it?, and why so much?, Are ignored or answered as if he misunderstood the initial question.

Im afraid there isnt anything we can do but take a more direct approach, active protest is the only way this can be brought out there, if anyone is interested we need organisation, if not its best to assume you are not getting your money back because they have nothing to give back and with a reputation of burning money into the ground at record breaking pace, I seriously doubt they will get funding. The only real mystery is what is the benefit of not declaring themselves bankrupt?
