I created my account in USD and made a USD deposit just to try out the site. After my first deposit I had 0 USD balance. I contacted the live support and they informed me that my money is in to EUR wallet. I asked them to move that amount from my EUR wallet to USD wallet since I created my account in USD... I made my deposit in USD... and I never play in EUR because my mind works in USD terms.... They did not helped me.... they simply told me to switch to EUR wallet and play in EUR which i personally really hate... if I am informed up front I have to play in EUR then I would have never deposited into this scam casino.
Since I had no choice i started to play in EUR... but i found hardly any slot that loaded up... I tried multiple play n go games but they were just a big black screen. I managed to make some Thunderkick games work which worked I assume with less than 50% RTP... because I haven't even received a single draw out of 300+ spins.
Also if you go through the reviews... mostly everyone who gave positive comments had only 1 review (this mystake review) and they are hardly longer than 2 lines, they were created pretty much around the same time which is quite suspicious in my opinion (maybe fake positive reviews... maybe not..)...
I dont recommend this casino to anyone... there are much better sites out there, with less shady things, with much better support team and games that actually work.

I had one of the worst casino experience when I played here... RTP must be completely turned off... it is simply impossible to win anything.
When I wanted to close my account I contacted live chat because there is no Responsible Gambling section on this site where you can manage your own self exclusion. I was 1st in line and waited ages to get through... when i told them to close my account they gave me an email address to contact. I dropped them a mail weeks ago sent follow ups and they simply dont honour my request and they dont close my account. I contacted live chat again to put a block on my account... but they simply refused to do this.. they transferred my case to the same useless department who should have closed my account ages ago... They promised to get this done in 2 days.. and guess what in 2 days later a VIP manager wrote to me that she is my assigned VIP manager at support me with everything I need in my future play... so this site completely ignores every responsible gaming request from players... horrible site. I asked this useless VIP manager to close my account asap she was bombarding me with low leve lbonus options, I told her to close my account asap she promised she would close it... but it is still open after 5 days. WARNING! If you like money, then don`t play on this scam site.. you will never see your money again. When I did my first deposit I was given a scam bonus. I tried to play some basic slots, I tried to open at least 7-8... and all of them said sorry this game is not playable with active bonus... what a joke. I deposited money to try to wager out the first depoist bonus. It was never credited toe me. I contacted live chat and they said i need to send a screenshot of my payment to get the bonus which in my case takes at least 3-4 days as paid by card. I try to argue with them but at the end the bonus was not credited to me. Also the live chat is rude and completly cluless. If crediting a bonus is too much for them then i cannot even imagine how they support me when i need to do a cashout. AVOID THIS SCAM SITE

I did a deposit to the casino and I manage to win around 1000 USD. After that I requested a cashout and a few weeks long saga started.
First I tried to cashout via Neteller... after a few days they put the money back to my account and they said they had some technical issue. I requested a cashout again... after a few days they said the same thing that they have some technical issue with neteller even though neteller was working fine. Then I requested a bank transfer cashout and even though my account was fully verified they rejected my cashout and requested extra documents. I sent those in.... and requested again a bank transfer... surprisingly due to technical issues the bank transfer failed too. After that i was arguing with live chat asking them to share with me what is failing exaclty as I am good in IT and I might be able to help... but they were not able to tell me more other than its a technical issue which is ridiculous... and they asked me to request a cashout again becasue it should work for the 6th time... I did a Neteller cashout which was rejected as expected. I talked with live chat again and I was telling them that i seek help now from that affiliate I registered through and i also involve askgamblers for help... on the same day i requeste a bank transfer again... which was my 7th cashout attempts... and a few days later i got my money. I am not sure the affiliate helped me or they just had enough of me but I got the money in the end. After the money was in my bank i closed my account with this scam site.

I tried out this site a few days ago... a first deposit bonus was promoted on this site however it was a scam because no bonus was credited to my account.

What a horrible game provider. If you want to have a nice casino experience and enjoy the money what you deposited then AVOID this horrible provider. My gf asked me to play and try to get a bonus on one of the beat the best games.... we tried all 5 of them ... 200 spins each without getting a single bonus... then we changed to sword of khans 200 spins again without the bonus. I tried out this casino and tried to play out the first deposit bonus. I deposited 100 USD and the wager requirement was 35x... I managed to complete the wager and I won around 700USD. After I did last spin required for completing the wager, my account bonus balance disappeared and my account was credited with 100 USD only. I contacted the customer support and they told me completing the wager in this casino means that i will only get the 100 USD original bonus and all the winnings above that are lost. This unethical practice is unheard of... and their bonus is a big SCAM. I warn everybody NOT TO PLAY on casino-z.com this casino is not legit.

I deposited some money to IQoption to try the site out. I was not impressed and didn`t trade here too much and decided to withdraw my balance. I deposited via VISA card but my card details disappeared when I tried to withdraw. They told me that I am only able to use ewallets. I was a bit angry for that but I said fine I have Neteller and Skrill. They confirmed none of them works on their site I need to open an account with Perfect Money or WebMoney. I dont know these providers and I dont want to open account with them as I cannot use those anywhere... so I asked them to make a wire transfer to my bank account... they said it was not possible I need to use those 2 noname ewallet providers.... if I move my money there most likely my cash will stuck on those 2 ewallet sites. So my advice is to STAY AWAY FROM THIS BROKER. YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO GET YOU MONEY OUT OF THIS SCAM SITE!!!!!!!

DO NOT TRUST reviews on askgamblers! I tried to write comments couple of times now.. and none of my comments went through their approval process obviously because they were negative about the casinos they promote.
In my latest incident I wrote briefly what happened with me on AmunRa scam casino site. It was a 100% objective comment about my bad experience on Amunra and I would not recommend to anyone to try that site... because of the fact that it was impossible for me to cashout from there. Askgamblers rejected my review because of some fake excuses... which surprised me because I shared my story in good faith to highlight issues with a casino they promote.
So after this it is obvious that they dont want to have negative comments... THEY GET A SHARE FROM PLAYERS LOSSES FROM THE CASINOs (simple affiliate marketing) and i assume they strongly protect those casinos where they get a higher share... and only accept positive comments... So i let everyone to conclude to trust askgamblers or not... if negative comments are rejected then they paint a nicer picture about the casinos and their ratings cannot be trusted.

I am sorry to say but my review is spot on and it represents an honest and genuine feedback about my experience with askgamblers.
1. I did not asked your help to solve the issue with the casino I handled that myself so I will not use a complaint section because I am not complaining. I shared how the casino acted in my case so that other players can see it and think twice before depositing any money to this site. Obviously I want my review to be visible to other players thats what reviews should be about. People are checking reviews and not checking complaint section when they choose a casino so negative things should be part of the review section.
2. I did not use any harsh words I was objective and tried to give a genuine summary about the case... and most of all it was not a rant... I wrote that review many days after the issue with Amunra.
3 Referring to policies / posting guidelines is just pointless in this case because your guidelines are written by you the way you want reviews to be... and your aim is to have a healthy revenue stream and you need to protect your cashcows the casinos. This is totally understandable btw.. this is a business for you... so I understand why negative comments are censored and rejected instead of letting those hit the face of the players when they read the reviews... they would think twice before trying certain sites. So based on my experience my opinion is that your reviews / ratings are not fair and i dont trust them at all.
