Terrible experience today 10/15/25 - over 3 hours on the phone and missed the deadline bc of LIES from turbo tax representatives. I switched to turbo tax from a private firm bc of promise of lower prices but they just kept increasing the fees and then give promo codes that don't work or are inaccurate. Calls are disconnected and they do not call back. Representatives are incompetent. Horrible experience - do not use!
They take FOREVER to answer questions. I commented on their Facebook, asked on their website AND emailed them. When they did respond, they didn't answer the question completely, when I asked a follow up question they again answered with an oxymoron. SMH. I placed the order and over a week later still haven't received received my order and the tracking number gives no info except to say it was picked up. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

They don't care. I have contacted them many times (7 times) and they apologize and promise to help (refund) but nothing happens and the call gets dropped and they never call back.
Calling my bank for a refund and reporting them for fraud.
11/13 14: 30 PM Seamless refuses to help assist after restaurant delivered a disgusting product. They tried to offer several discounts but when I refused and asked for refund they all of a sudden said there was "unusual activity" on my account and refused to help. The restaurant even agreed to a refund if I dropped the food off but since they had the nerve to deliver such awful, gross food I told them to pick it up! Instead Seamless customer service supervisor Itzel etc. kept me on chat for almost an hour, wasting my time and refusing to issue refund. I'm calling my bank to report and get refund.
They remove all negative reviews so they only have good reviews on their sites. Most of their products are awful/ not as pictured, are of terrible quality and smell!!!!
They refuse to provide a return shipping label and offer you coupons or 60% refund to keep the items or else you pay a lot for return shipping! They know their merchandise is trash and are crooks!!!!
Shipping is slow.
Customer service takes forever to reply and play a lot of games in the hope you tire and will just accept a partial refund.
