Había pedido este edredón por Internet y debía recogerlo en la tienda de Jerez de la Frontera. Las medidas eran 200 x 220. Cuando llegué a la tienda, me dieron el artículo sin embalar, dentro de una gran bolsa azul (como un montón grande). Pregunté dónde estaba el embalaje original, pero la cajera me dijo que así era como debía ser. Como era un paquete enorme y había venido en transporte público, me lo llevé tal cual. Fue muy pesado cargar con un paquete tan grande.
Cuando saqué el edredón en casa, salió un pequeño animalito, tenía motitas negras (una especie de pelusas) y había tirones y bucles en el edredón, estaba claro que había sido usado.
Cuando lo puse en la cama (ya era sábado por la noche y el servicio de atención al cliente no estaba disponible, además de que se tarda como mínimo una hora y media en llegar y luego volver), resultó que era de la talla equivocada: el edredón mide 220 x 240 en lugar de 200 x 220.
Estoy realmente furiosa.
I had ordered this comforter online and would pick it up at the store in Jerez de la Frontera. The size was 200x220. When I arrived at the store I was given the item unpackaged in a big blue bag (like a big pile) from the store. I asked where the original packaging was but the cashier said that was how it was supposed to be. Since it was a huge package and I had come by public transportation, I took it that way. Quite a haul with such a large package.
When I took the comforter out at home, a small critter came out of it, there were black speckles (a kind of dust) on it and there were pulls and loops in the comforter, it was clearly used.
When I put it to bed (by now it's Saturday night and customer service is not available, plus it takes an hour and a half minimum to get there and then back again) it turned out to be the wrong size, the comforter is 220x240 instead of 200x220.
I am really furious.

The receptionist just drones on and has no understanding for you at all. A mistake was made by them with a prescription that was not recognized by several pharmacies. The barcode did not work. To get a new prescription I had to pay another 39 euros for a consultation with the doctor while I had already paid 25 euros for that - not working - prescription. There was no understanding on her part. She said it was the pharmacy's fault, but if several pharmacies can't read the code, that's just very simple, the prescription is no good. It is not the first time I had this problem with this company but it is the last. Also no sense at all in talking to that receptionist again. Who should realize that she has a service profession. Otherwise they better put a robot there, at least then you will know that explaining your side of things is pointless.

El paquete parece haber sido entregado, pero nadie sabe dónde. Ya se lo hice saber el 2 de enero, pero la única respuesta que recibo es que tardarán entre 3 y 5 días en averiguarlo. Inmediatamente les contesté que no estaba de acuerdo con eso. Ninguna respuesta. Qué mal servicio. Nunca pero nunca más.
