This company is a disgrace on UK…

This company is a disgrace on UK grounds. Reading other people’s reviews and reflecting on my own experience, I see the same pattern repeated. They do not deserve even one star, but I had to give one because otherwise, I could not publish this review.

I lost a very close relative and have been going through an extremely difficult time. I cared for my relative every single day, 24/7, for approximately a year. I honestly do not know how I survived.

Then I received a letter regarding council tax and the threat of possible imprisonment. I believe their methods and practices are deeply wrong and should be subject to serious investigation.

Someone over there seriously needs to renew their glasses—or maybe borrow a pair—because clearly they’re not seeing the money sitting in my account!

I have an active account with a sufficient balance, yet no payment is taken when I cross. Instead, I receive intimidating and threatening letters. I can see I’m not the only one being treated this way. I filed an appeal, but apparently someone needs to renew their glasses—because I’ve had no reply. 5 stars?! - they deserve none.

The prices are crazy!

The prices weren’t too bad when Wizz Air was also operating the route, but now it feels like they’re taking advantage of the situation—especially after Wizz Air stopped flights to Latvia. Now the fares are more like what you'd expect if you were flying to Monaco! Services are good as well as airplanes but there are frequent delays on their departures and arrivals.

Bills issued several times per month

Bills are issued inconsistently, sometimes 2 or even 3 times a month. Initially, they provided one formula for calculating bills, but within a week, they gave a different formula—this inconsistency makes the system feel unreliable. I’ve also received unexplained charges, and every response from their team seems to create more questions than answers. Based on feedback from friends who have cancelled their accounts, I can’t help but wonder how there are so many positive reviews.

24/7 support driven by AI, no way for communication

I recently joined and quickly realized that there’s virtually no real customer support. The self-service options don't seem to address my specific issue, and I was under the impression that the 24/7 live chat would connect me to an actual person, but it seems to be AI-driven. Is there any way to speak with a human for assistance and get a response from an actual person? After reading other users' feedback about your service, I'm starting to question if this platform can be trusted. The number of negative reviews is overwhelming. I hope someone from your team responds to this inquiry, as I can’t find any other way to reach you.

Has been quite an adventure

Although the Eastbourne club and its staff are absolutely fantastic, dealing with the head office membership department has been quite an adventure. I requested to unfreeze my membership, but it wasn’t done, and I was still charged both the frozen fee and the full membership fee. The app-only communication system is another hurdle, especially when you need to send long emails. I’ve sent several, but no one has replied, and my membership is still frozen. No phone number, no email for the head office—are you guys on Earth or have you set up shop on Mars? Or is the Eastbourne club just being brilliantly run on its own? Many thanks

Avoid them by all means

Avoid them by all means. Booking / payment system are designed so, that it takes a lot iof time and if, I mentiion again, if you want to extend your parking, you may not succeed bcs of their complicated system. I have no confirmation as requested, wanted tpi extend, spend 2 hours and my card is blocked now bcs of their system

Think many times before purchasing Movavi Photo Editor

Purchased Movavi Photo Editor. In fact I use Movavi Video Suit and that was fine. That Photo Editor is a disaster in terms that it has changed type of file on my photos from JEP to HEIC. Not even asking me. It saves edited photos in HEIC - what a hell! Now that HEIC just stuck to a lot of my photos, which even never were in that Movavi program! I can not change back. Even with an individual file. I open a photo, in Photos Windows, save it to JEP and it anyway stays saved in HEIC. I tried to remove that program from my computer - but that nothing improved. As photos were in HIEC - they stay in HEIC. No JEP anymore.

I'm very happy with my Crete sneakers. The colours are exactly as shown in the photos, featuring a beautiful, soft, and elegant palette. The sneakers are lightweight and as soft and comfortable as home slippers. In the past, I've always returned shoes I bought online, but these are perfect. They offer true comfort and quality with just a click of a mouse. Amazing!

Decent quality printer, I have excellent experience

After reading all these reviews, I truly feel sorry for other people's experiences, and I was scared myself to buy a printer from Canon after reading what other people had to say. However, setting up the PIXMA G4570 was very easy and prompt. The menu on the panel is simple to understand, it connects fine, and prints well. Everything, from the quality of the box and packaging to the larger size of the black ink bottle compared to other colours, suggests a decent quality for the price. I had a horrible experience with another company that produces printers. I purchased one and then returned it. This Canon is a replacement, and comparing my experience, it is super easy after dealing with a similar-looking printer from another company.

My cat eat Lily's tasty cuts without questioning. Stopped eating all other cat's food, even most famous brands, filled with fillers like veg protein and carrot. I highly recommend Lily's cuts - actually it is my cat recommends!

The verification process of this bank is an absurd

The verification process of this bank is incredibly frustrating. They asked for my identification three times, and on top of that, they charged me £20 just to access my account details. It seems absurd. I haven't even begun using their services, and I'm already reconsidering whether to continue with them.

After 8 years chasing debt created by themselves

Wouldn't give even one star. In 2015 I took an agreement for a phone number and phone service and called them to cancel that agreement within allocated timing. They didn't put on file that request and requested the cancellation fee. I many times talked to they department but nothing was done. Now I have received a letter from some debt company that request me paying over 200 pounds and that is after everything I went through at that time and after 8 years. Unbelievable!

My order is not delivered and they can not tell me delivery date. They send e-mails with exudes. I paid for premium over 100 pounds. That company can not be trusted. They even do not have a customer support tel number. I paid to a shadow. Can not be reached.
