It was first time I used monsoon online. I had to struggle placing the order. I added items in the baskets about four times it was disappearing again again while I was continuing shopping with more dresses for my daughter.
May be there was some kind of technical issue. Hope I wouldn’t experience this again.

I am new to taste card don’t know much about it. When I subscribe one I accidentally made purchase cinema tickets that I would never use.
I contact customer services which wasn’t very helpful. Didn’t get any refund. Still have coupons and don’t know what to do. Disappointed

Our prices are fixed for each cinema location and ticket type. Our prices do vary depending on where the cinema is and the prices they charge.
Cinemas can adjust their prices on different days, at different times, and for different groups (e.g. students, pensioners, kids clubs etc). So we recommend checking the price directly before purchase as we can't refund once our e-codes have been bought.
