Payment issue
The actual issue I phoned with doesn't reflect well on the company overall. My yearly bill for all services had not been received at the normal time so I had to chase up .. apparently email & post had been sent but I had received neither.
However the member of staff i dealt with was an absolute delight and could not have more helpful (or more cheerful on a Monday morning!) proof sadly that the people getting paid more aren't worth it but the ones at the bottom doing the donkey work are invaluable!
