Medino are a fantastic company-very professional and well priced
However I never recieved my order as they now use Evri to deliver - i have had endless problems with Evri - unprofessional and impossible to solve a problem with. Even Medino did not know why it was returned to them as no damage and the address was correct and a safe place is provided for the delivery
However Medino were very apologetic (was not their fault) and gave me a complete refund with first class communication- more than can be said for Evri who it is impossible to resolve any issue with
