If there was a zero score I'd give it

If there was a zero score I'd give it! Delivered a jigsaw puzzle which was a gift for someone with 10 pieces missing. Took ages to finally agree to send a replacement. The replacement was put through almost a month ago and I'm STILL waiting for it to even be dispatched let alone received! Sent countless emails,sat trying to get through on the phone,messaged on social media and every one has been ignored. At this point I just want my money back and I'll never touch this company again! Avoid like the plague! Quick enough taking my money but when there's a problem they drag their heels. Worst shopping experience I've ever encountered!

3rd time ordering

Placed an order late Monday evening and received this morning (Thursday). This is my 3rd time ordering from Party Puffin and I experienced speedy delivery on my first two orders too. There is so much choice on the website and the prices are fantastic. They are selling things 2 or 3 times cheaper than elsewhere I've looked. Quality has always been really good too on everything I've received. I always recommend them to people with kids for party essentials.

I have placed a total of 3 orders with…

I have placed a total of 3 orders with Studio and every single one of them I've experienced problems with. The latest order has been the last straw. I ordered matching personalised pyjamas and stockings for my 3 daughters for Christmas eve only to receive an email saying that the stockings had been cancelled. I rang up and spent forever on hold to be told they were out of stock....why let a customer place an order if you dont have any stock of it I asked only to be informed they dont actually keep a track of how much stock they have of an item yet they will continue to accept orders for it from customers. What sort of business doesn't keep a track of how much stock they actually have to ensure they have enough to cover orders being accepted. I was actually told on the phone first of all that I was to ignore the email and that I would receive everything as it has all been accepted her end,I asked her twice to double check and twice she ensured me yes I would definitely receive everything. I was then without warning shoved on hold and then told oh actually we dont have the stock so you won't receive them. I asked what about the rest of my order am I going to receive anything at all? She then said she couldn't guarantee I would have anything before Christmas if even at all. I cancelled the rest of my order right there and then. Avoid Studio at all costs. To let customers down at Christmas is ridiculous especially when the order clearly contains items for children!
