The whole experience has been brilliant from the shop to the two men who delivered our sofas today thank you so much Adam and Leon you both were very respectful of our home and giving us the advice of how to look after them

We only went in to browse but we found the perfect sofa for us, also the staff were attentive but not pushy. Gemma who helped us was superb she made us feel relaxed and did not pressure us an asset the the business.
So a potential browse turned into a unexpected purchase.

I ordered items from the sale and the items I purchased was on a buy one get one free basis but I didn't receive any of the second items in the order. I sent a email asking where was the rest of my order the email I received back was grammatically incorrect and therefore virtually unreadable.
I will think twice before I order from this site again

The crew were still very polite , helpful and still cheerful at the end of what must have been a very long day .nothing was too much trouble and they even removed the packaging from the freezer in order to place it in the kitchen. Excellent would definitely be happy to have them deliver again
