WARNING!!! DANGEROUS BEDS, UNSAFE & UNFIT FOR PURPOSE!!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

I have had the bed I ordered for shy of 6 months, screws do not hold it in place and it’s just falling apart.

Thomas has been zero help as I raised these issues a month ago, they wanted videos so I sent them in twice. They apparently replacement send items out but I don’t have them.

I have raise this with UK International Consumer Centre, consumer right act. As I have no progress and their beds are dangerously, unsafe and unfit of purpose.
I mentioned the risk of SIDS and a child’s death when asleep in their manufactured bed but they did not care or acknowledge this.

They may reply to this post denying this or even try to help. Do not be fooled, they have not helped the last full month to get this returned so them replying will be to save face for public knowledge to look like they will try to help.

Like I said, they will try to say they have tried to resolve this but they have not. They have not sent replacement parts and they are unwilling to raise a collection for the return and are unwilling to send the boxes for the return.

To prevent yourself from putting your children at risk, please do not buy theirs stuff.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience. From the beginning, our priority has been your child’s safety. When you reported that some screws had loosened, we immediately sent a full set of replacement parts to make the bed stable again. FedEx confirmed delivery, but unfortunately these parts have not been used so far.

At the same time, we also offered you a free return of the bed and provided detailed instructions on how this could be arranged. For safety and logistical reasons, all returns must be packed in boxes – this is a standard procedure required by every courier.

All the solutions we proposed are standard practice in warranty cases and were offered to resolve your issue as quickly as possible. We remain available and truly want to find the best resolution together with you.

Etsy breaches consumer rights act 2015

Breached Conser Rights Act 2015, won’t help with an order when the seller is on their platform, the seller won’t respond with a solution to their faulty item that is dangerous and hazardous. Etsy have said they will only help in the first 100 days and the consumer rights act will not be followed. My contract is with Etsy as per my the section 75 team from my credit card team.

Must be Incapacitated to claim.

I have been told that the individual must be incapacitated to claim the Income protection, a very limited income protection, I would recommend taking the income protection with another provider and searching for the top 3 payout providers to ensure the security is there.

Faulty Equipment, Ignored countless of times, zero accountability and zero rectification

I purchased over £4,000 of equipment, half of the weight plates damaged, only 1 cable in working order.
I bought this to attention to the Gail and the office, I was ignored on multiple occasions until I left my review at the end of June to get a message from Nicola.

I was promised the cable would be sent out but this never happened, Nicola also mention the weight plates for the cable are not value at £899 like they advertised like there are in the website and are value at half of this cost.

3 weeks goes by and I received no reply from Nicola, I thought with annual leaves ect then there might be a delay, I chased this up and 2 weeks later I have had no reply still.

I am yet again being ignored by Primal Strenght and they do no wish to rectify their faulty equipment.

I have email again but I suspect Primal Strength will ignore me again.

I would advise everyone else to not use primal strength as there are more reliable manufacturers available.

Lack of care and damaged property

I had furniture delivered a month ago and they guys broke some property, they said they would let their office know and that someone would contact me to get repaired but I’ve not heard anything.

The guys were good people and was an accident, just lack of care.

This repair was actioned upon my feedback, half of the work had been completed and the other half on the way to be competed.

£900 of Faulty items and being ignored

I was advised by primal customer services to contact the Rep Gail, Gail went to speak to the relevant teams but then never got back to me and ignored all correspondence via email and WhatsApp.
2 months of chasing and waiting.
Seems like they wanted the £4.5k order, sent faulty items and left me to deal with it alone.
I asked to return all the cable plates and to get a replacement cable but no progress.

Overall amazing experience, twice!

The first purchase was great and went smooth, made perfectly and arrived with plenty of time. Customer service was great all round.

Elize was exceptional and will be returning for further bespoke orders.

It’s a shame once returning it hasn’t been a great experience, just raised hopes and then ignored over and over for 12+ months….

Stayed at Riu Cancun

Stayed at Riu Cancun, the staff couldn’t do enough for you, though the restaurant and bar staff wouldn’t be attentive unless you were too happy. We were advised little and often by our rep and that helped a lot.
The hotel was what we were expecting, nothing more, nothing less.
The food catered for all and my fiancée being Gluten Free, this was well catered for without mentioning to the restaurant.
Lifts are near on impossible to get between 4:30-7:30pm but other than that pretty good.
Highly recommended! Amazing time there!

Rethink Tui

I’ve booked over half a dozen holiday with Tui over the last decade.

All the goods weigh out the bad but by far this holiday has made me not want to book with Tui again.

The ladies at the High Wycombe branch, unwelcoming and misadvising excursions.

The delays in the flight, should have been compensation from but refusing to give any, though they have tried to put the blame on something else from the original delay email. Will be getting further advice.

Return flight, 1.5 hours delay, downgraded from premium to economy, email states they would refund the difference but now refusing.

No real easy complaint service, or even someone to speak to. If spoken to someone this would have been avoided but it’s proven difficult, it’s all robotic emails with ‘no reply’ and unable to get through over the phone.

There are some amazing staff at Tui but it’s a shame Tui are tarnishing their own name from what was a local customer for over a decade.

ORDERED WITH REGRET!
I would recommend to anyone buying this to rest their arm on a sling to see how much support they get, from day 1 the delivery company were rude and had no respect for females, I would recommend a male waiting in and not a woman alone…
Second the first morning of waking up on the mattress, with several breaks in the sleep I woke up with the worst pain in my body, aswell as my partner due to the LACK of SUPPORT.

If you do want to give this mattress a try, pop to John Lewis first to try, pay on credit card so you can claim back.

Customer services is near to nothing once they have your money.
I am now waiting a week for them to come to collect the mattress. Luckily I reported this within the 14 days cooling off period, in the T&C’s they state they have 186 days complimentary trial but they also say they can revoke this, what they can’t do it revoke the 14 day cooling off period.

I would stay clear. This company should be reported to watchdog or something else….

I would like to add that Emma reply to all negative reviews with the same text asking for more information but for all they know they have had the correct emails sent and contract cancellation requested. 5 days have passed, DPD should have contact to arranged the collection within 3-5 days on top of the last update about collection…. Updates will be posted

The laziest drivers and worst customer…

The laziest drivers and worst customer service around.
35 mins to get through to customer services! The driver for my package said he tried to deliver my package 3 times, being lazy he has not done this and now having to collect myself.
