No stars. Appalling company. Absolute scam. Reported them to Santander fraud and PayPal
Stupidly did not read all the appalling reviews. Ordered one cloth and within seconds £35.88followed by £5.99 out of my account.I have had to freeze my Santander card and account as apparently I am now paying a monthly subscription. DO NOT touch this company with a barge poll.

Minus One for this appalling bunch of scamners

Appalling company. After months of letters and phone calls finally got a letter saying my account was cancelled and they owed me £11.99 which was never refunded. That was in May 2021. Yesterday received a letter from Lowell’s debt recovery agency saying they had bought our ‘debt’ and I owed £174.53. Avoid like the plague. They are absolutely appalling. There is no way of emailing them and as for their chat line. Well more sense out of our dead dog. DO NOT go near them. I just wish I had read all their appalling reviews.

Most appalling company ever

Most appalling company ever. I cancelled within the 14 day period, have never used their SIM card and I am still after four months getting letters and bills. Phoning them is a pointless waste of time. Every letter is from a different person. I have sent them evidence of their acceptance of my cancellation. Evidence of a letter saying I am getting a refund of the first direct debit and on the same date a letter demanding an unpaid bill. They obviously have no clue what they are doing. Just wish I could give them minus one star.
