Minus One for this appalling bunch of scamners

Appalling company. After months of letters and phone calls finally got a letter saying my account was cancelled and they owed me £11.99 which was never refunded. That was in May 2021. Yesterday received a letter from Lowell’s debt recovery agency saying they had bought our ‘debt’ and I owed £174.53. Avoid like the plague. They are absolutely appalling. There is no way of emailing them and as for their chat line. Well more sense out of our dead dog. DO NOT go near them. I just wish I had read all their appalling reviews.

This sounds like such a poor experience. We're so disappointed this is what any customer has gone through. We wouldn't want to charge even a penny extra of your hard-earned money & we're extremely sorry to know this happened.
