We stayed at Trescore at Treyarnon for the fourth time. It’s a fabulous apartment, very well equipped and comfortable. The view is amazing. All my dealings with Harbour Holidays for been excellent but special praise to Lesley the housekeeper, she let us know that the apartment was ready for us which saves a lot of hanging about when you have traveled a long way. And her help when we were considering our journey during storm Amy. I hope we can book Trescore again with Harbour Holidays

I’m so glad I’m not the only one with issues with NS&I.
Their security system is excruciating, then you have to go in front of a secondary security board to answer questions from decades ago. The passwords rarely work and I ended up spending hours on the phone to various departments being grilled. I do online banking with no problem but I have almost succeeded in getting all of my money out of NS&I and never want hear their name again

Black circle was easy to find the tyres we needed and a great garage Ackworth Autoserve nearby. They were also able to sort out another problem with the car and we will certainly use them again

Tracking showed as arriving after Christmas Ten minutes on the phone to customer care to be told it might come in time.
It did arrive later that day…..stress !

We have used Classic Cottages for many years now and it would be our first choice should we change accommodation.
We have always had friendly and efficient service from the office. The website is very clear and easy to use, no unnecessary pop ups, very clear and relevant photos, I don't need to see vases, cushions and ornaments I have them at home.
You should be able to feel that you have been there from the photos.

Sadly my review is just like the last one. Non appearance of goods, no contact from them, hugely difficult to make contact even on 'so called' Chat Room.
Lo and behold ...lost in transit to store !
Apologies from customer service assistant and offer to deliver for free within two day to my home address.
Where do they think making such gestures is good customer service when the very next day they say they have refunded my account as the item is not now available.
More PR damage done by this kind of behaviour than they can imagine. In this day and age it's just retail suicide.
