First time customer. Absolutely amazing customer service and prompt delivery. What was actually the icing on the cake for me was the personalised hand written note and small pack of love hearts in the box! This topped any customer service I have received from other places! Would thoroughly recommend!!!

Mikael was absolutely fantastic in handling my query. Very patient and happy to help by taking the time with manually working out what I requested. Also having had a look at my monthly payment, he advised that the monthly payment should not be as high as the system had set it and lowered this from next month.

He is the first person I have spoken to at Shell Energy who didn't make me feel that he wanted to get off the phone.

Let's be honest. People are quick to leave negative reviews when they have a bad experience but not so quick when things are all working fine and dandy. I just wanted to say that Monzo is a fan flipping tastic bank. Beats the other banks by miles. I used to be with First Direct and absolutely loved them however Monzo has taken this spot with so much more convenient features (for me at least) such as instant notifications, budgeting tools and being able to get paid early which by the way has helped an enormous amount. I have recently taken out their Monzo 'plus' offering even though I know I can get better features elsewhere. The reason for this is because I believe in Monzo and what they offer so am more than happy to pay the monthly fee even though I won't really be taking advantage of the full offering until they bring out a better version of it which I hear is 'in the works'. The added option of opting out of gaining interest on my balance is such a simple yet very effective feature especially for my religious beliefs. If you are sitting on the fence of whether to go 'full Monzo' like I was initially, all I can say is take the leap. You will not be disappointed and will wish you had done it sooner. Keep it up Monzo.
