Mikael - Fantastic
Mikael was absolutely fantastic in handling my query. Very patient and happy to help by taking the time with manually working out what I requested. Also having had a look at my monthly payment, he advised that the monthly payment should not be as high as the system had set it and lowered this from next month.
He is the first person I have spoken to at Shell Energy who didn't make me feel that he wanted to get off the phone.
He is an asset to the team. Give him a well deserved pay rise. Mikael, you is a LEGEND geezer.
Just an FYI, I don't know Mikael nor does he know me lol.
