I have purchased over quite some time many products from LOWENERGYSUPERMARKET.COM.
I have and still used a fixed electricity meter to monitor useage in my workshop. I have and still use motion sensors for the driveway lighting. I have three plug in electricity useage to monitor the usage and cost of use for three appliances (three different meter units). I have found these items to be absolutely superb and easy to use.

Website very difficult to negotiate & policy length option keeps changing
Website very difficult to negotiate. Wanted 4 year GAP cover but every time you go back in it's flicked back to 3 years. Easily buy the wrong one. Found it difficult also to find my precious quotes. When I eventually found it this too had gone back to a 3 year policy even though I opened it as 4 years.

WARNING A4 CARDS MIGHT NOT FIT LETTERBOX
The card and everything was great but a warning when you buy an A4 size card to say it may have to be collected from the sorting office if you have a smaller than A4 letterbox would be helpful.

Final Gas bill from British Gas…
Final Gas bill from British Gas varies from tens of pounds to well over a thousand. They obviously didn't have a clue as they plucked figures out of the air willy nilly. Call center was barely able to understand their accents. Ombudsman sorted it out in a couple of days after me spending months of hanging on in queues. Delighted😄

Have used BJB to let my second property after bad experiences with my other letting agent. Had nothiing but help and advice from Jenna at BJB Winsford even before I agreed to use them on my second property. When my first property becoomes vacant I'll be using Jenna to manage that one too. I would recommend anyone with a property to let to use Jenna and BJB.

We had to change the repair appointment to 300 miles away
We had arranged for the repair to be carried out at home in Cheshire. My daughter was at home from University at the time when her car developed a problem. I gave her my car to return to Uni so I had to rearrange the Windscreen repair to take place in Cardiff. It was difficult to try and speak to Autoglass by phone, well it was impossible actually. Because we are on a mullticar policy in my wife's name (hers was the first car needing insurance so it's in her name) they refused to speak to me. I eventually managed to change the appointment on-line but it woulf have been more conforting to hear someone on the phone tell you the change has been done and confirm the time and place of the new appointment. The technician turned up an hour early when my daughter was still in lectures. Fortunately my mobile number was as the contact so I was able to tell him he was early and she wouldn't be available for another 30 - 45 mins. No problem he said, I know of a cafe near here I'll go and grab a coffee. Nice guy and very helpful. Thankyou.
