Unfortunately cake arrived partially defrosted with no dry ice and in what looked like a mouldy box (lid was mouldy) so couldn’t be used .
Very slow in getting a response via email (ended up having to call numerous times)

Delivery and ordering was nice a quick , unfortunately the tape wasn’t quite as expected- didn’t hold very well and left me incredibly sore as it started to peel away after only an hour or so.

Hermes are by far THE WORST delivery company- they deem it appropriate to leave my parcel in a dirty wheelie bin, without even attempting to knock the door (I was in!) ? Then because I complained they refuse to deliver to my address again. Disgusting customer service AVOID AT ALL COST

Awful delivery experience. Did not attempt to knock door or ring doorbell. Instead left my parcel in a dirty wheelie bin( no card through letter box) app shows safe place photo as all of my bins not even the correct bin! I even have a covered porch it could of been left in!
