I order meals (and now puddings!) for my elderly neighbor who absolutely loves the meals. She is actually a plain eater however there's lots of choice. The larger meals are adequate for her. The vegetables that accompany the meals are varied and seasonal.
We order weekly and our delivery day is a Monday. You can order over the telephone or online.
The staff at the Wrexham office are very helpful, friendly and professional and the same applies to the team who pull the orders together along with the very helpful delivery drivers. Great service.

I joined mid way through May but didn't fully participate until I cleared the kitchen of naughty temptations! I paid the one-off fee however my partner joined in with me as he does all the cooking!
I liked the idea of joining because of Eddie's no nonsense approach.
It's important to watch all of the videos as they are both educational and informative and help with meal planning for the first 90 days. I won't lie - it's difficult to stick to. I find it especially difficult because of health issues and medications I have to take but my partner has REALLY stuck with it. He's lost just over a stone and I've lost half a stone.
Other participants are very active generally and also publish recepies which we use because it breaks the routine PLUS there are some very imaginative cooks out there! I don't publish much on the app which probably means I'm not meeting the criteria but honestly, I'm not that type of person, but I do try to be involved and interactive. However people are very supportive and incredibly encouraging.
I've not found it necessary to contact administrators because there's tons of information on the app. Overall a positive experience.

Ordered several T-shirts and a two pairs of shorts for my grandson and they arrived really quickly.
The colours are beautiful and bright. The quality of the material is excellent.

Easy to use website. Ordered a pallet in December for January delivery and arrived on the day chosen.
The wood was well wrapped and secure on the pallet.
I ordered the 8inch cuts which are mainly the right size for my wood burner but also more expensive than the 10inc cuts. The wood is kiln dried and burns beautifully.
The delivery guys are always polite and chatty. Great service.

The machine on market street in Hoylake is the issue. It NEVER works properly. It won't accept the bar code or the number. So I ended up going to the next village to a store to send my 3 parcels.

Perhaps unfairly I'm comparing this to my old dishwasher which this replaced and therefore I'm focused on what it doesn't do or irritates me.
You can't do a separate top or bottom wash.
It has an annoying high pitch noise when the cycle is running.
The bottom tray I think is quite flimsy when full. You have to carefully pull it out/in as it comes off the rails quite easily. I find this particularly annoying!
The eco wash takes 3 hours and didn't fully clean the dishes. I think it's this cycle that the door automatically pops open when the cycle has finished. I thought that was quite good.
It has a red light that shines on the floor when in operation. On the basis it has a high pitched noise, I can hear it's working so it isn't particularly relevant to me. Other people might think so.
I think I should have gone for another make.

We recently shopped online for a replacement dishwasher. Great variety of makes to choose from. Ordering is very simple to do. Delivery was within 6 days and we chose the service to take away our old appliance and fit the new one. The two guys who came to do it were excellent - no mess and respected our home while being chatty and respectful putting us at our ease. The communication from AO was clear and consice and kept us updated on every step of the process. Great service.

The wood is as expected - we buy the 10" ready to burn larch which is excellent. The pallet is packed well onto a pallet - we returned the last pallet with the driver (thank you!).
